Refund Policy
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of spices, we follow a strict quality-focused refund policy.
Eligible for Refund
Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions: Product received is damaged, leaking, tampered, or incorrect. The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery. Supporting clear photographs or an unboxing video is provided.
Not Eligible for Refund
Opened, used, or partially consumed products. Complaints related to taste, aroma, or personal preference. Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, in compliance with Indian payment gateway regulations.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled due to the nature of food products. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 working days.
